Prices are accurate as at 01 March 2009 and are subject to airfare and accommodation availability and increases as they occur.

Bookings for this adventure close on 3 July 2009. If minimum participant numbers are not met, this event may be transferred to another date up to 2 months prior to the original departure date.

The deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Full payment must be received on or before 27 July 2009.
Payment Terms:

The non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking.

Final payment is due 27 July 2009

Payments received after the due date will incurr a penalty fee of $150.
Cancellation:
Cancellation by client is required in writing and:

if more than 60 days prior to departure, a refund of the tour less 25% will be issued within 14 days.

if less than 60 days but more than 45 days prior to departure date, a refund of the tour fee less 50% will be issued within 14 days.

if 45 days or less prior to departure date, no refund will be issued.
